this old man in sunglasses tells us that the oscar judges are a bunch of old fogeys because they didn’t give social network more than 8 oscar nods. he explains to me that the movie grandpas didn’t give it more nods because
a) they don’t realize that there is presently a zeitgeist going on,
b) they’re not even on facebook because they all are confused and think ‘what...
old is going back and rewatching trainspotting alone really carefully, then only really wincing when renton accidentally steals his way into your own tepid lifestyle at the end. wrong choose, mate.
and also having to avert your eyes from kelly macdonald’s pert torso because all you can think is ‘i wonder if her breasts were done growing’ like you’re her acolyte stepdad
